Meditation Script on Self-Love

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Thank you for being here today.

Let’s take a moment to settle into this space.

You are here now – safe, supported, and comfortable.

Whether you are seated or lying down, know that you are held.

Gently close your eyes.

Let your awareness travel to your body.

Notice if there is any tension that you are holding in your body.

Notice your shoulders, your face, your jaws.

Release any tension back to the earth.

Now take your awareness to how you are feeling at this moment.

If there are any worries or thoughts, allow them all to be.

You are ok.

Breathe into your body.

Deep breath in. Feel your belly rising.

Deep breath out with a long sigh.

Two more times.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Deep breath out from the mouth.

Feel yourself relax with every breath.

Deep breath in filling up your belly.

Deep breath out, letting everything go.

You feel completely relaxed.

If it feels comfortable, rest one hand gently on your heart.

Allow yourself to take this time for yourself.

While you are here, if at any time thoughts arise, don’t judge yourself.

Simply bring your awareness back to the sound of my voice.

I love myself.

I love me.

The love I feel for myself is unconditional.

It is through loving myself that I love others.

It is through loving myself that I love the universe.

I love the person I am.

I accept myself for who I am.

My heart is open to giving and receiving love.

I receive with grace and gratitude.

I give with generosity.

I put myself first because only then I can truly give to others.

I give myself what I need.

I take care of myself and nourish my body, mind, and spirit.

I like doing things for myself.

I treat myself with care.

Every day, I make decisions that are in my best interest.

I am at peace.

I accept myself for my past, present, and future.

I honour myself.

I have always been valuable.

I have always been special.

I trust my inner worthiness.

I know my worth.

I love myself unconditionally.

I am grateful for my amazing body.

My body supports me throughout my life.

My body allows me to experience the world.

I am proud of my body.

I smile at myself when I look in the mirror.

I am a good person.

I radiate love.

I embody love.

I am love.

Self-love is the source of all love.

I choose to love myself first.

Everything I need is within me.

When I feel I need love, I give love to myself.

When I feel I need rest, I allow myself to rest.

I can feel the light of love filling up my heart.

I have everything I need to live a life of joy and fulfillment.

There is nothing I need outside of me to feel complete.

I am enough.

I have always been enough.

My love for myself reflects in the decisions I make for myself.

I honour my body by taking care of its needs.

I do my best for my body every day.

I nourish my body with the right food and exercise.

I send loving thoughts to my body.

I hug myself and tell myself how much I love myself.

Every time I see myself I say I love myself.

My body feels my love.

My body is grateful for the love I give to it.

I am grateful for my body.

I love my body.

I am kind to myself.

I speak only loving words to myself.

I forgive myself truly and honestly.

I bless and release my past.

It is safe for me to look within.

It is possible for me to heal all my past hurts by offering them love.

I let go of everything that holds me back from living my life to the fullest.

I approve of myself through all the ups and downs of life.

I love myself through all the ups and downs of life.

My life has meaning.

I give meaning to my life by loving myself and others.

I live in possibility.

I live in faith.

I allow more love into my life.

I am worthy of receiving love.

My heart is open.

Knowing the truth of who I am gives me courage.

The truth is that I am love.

It is through love that I can heal myself.

I give that love to myself.

Loving myself elevates me to my highest self.

Loving myself sets me free.
